Say Yes Business Solutions is a rapidly growing marketing firm dedicated to supporting small businesses and startups in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Residential/Commercial Real Estate sectors. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Social Media Strategist and Content Creator, one level up from our previous posting.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Social Media Strategist and Content Creator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' online presence. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing strategic social media plans to support our brand clients.

• Creating and curating engaging content for various social media platforms, with a particular focus on Instagram Reels and TikTok.

• Conducting in-depth research on industry trends and social media best practices.

• Identifying and leveraging emerging trends and opportunities in the digital landscape.

• Crafting compelling captions and conducting hashtag research to optimize content reach.

• Contributing creative ideas and strategies to enhance our clients' social media presence.

 

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in strategic social media management and content creation.

• Proficiency in Instagram Reels and TikTok content creation.

• Strong knowledge of all social media platforms

• A keen understanding of social media best practices and current trends.

• Exceptional proofreading and editing skills.

• Familiarity with social media scheduling software (e.g., Later or Meta Business Suite).

• Working knowledge of design tools such as Canva or Adobe Illustrator

• Proficiency in project management tools like Notion and Asana is a plus.

• A self-starter and creative problem solver with a strong attention to detail.

• Enthusiasm for helping small businesses succeed.

• A collaborative mindset and a passion for working in a dynamic team environment.

 

Additional Information:

• This is a remote position, but ideally candidates must be located in or near Boulder, Colorado.

• Availability to work mornings, especially during the initial 3 months of training, is highly preferred.

• You will report directly to the Owner of Say Yes Business Solutions.
